Chairman: Lloyd B. Williams
Lloyd is an MD./Ph.D.student at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston. He currently does research on the artificial nose, a device used to detect landmines, in Dr. John Kauer's laboratory. He first experienced Macha hospital on a medical elective in the summer of 2001. His work with a burn patient at Macha named Mercy inspired the foundation of HelpMercy International, Inc. |

Treasurer: Roger L. Williams
Roger Williams is the Executive Director of the Board \par for Media Ministries of the Brethren in Christ Church. He also was a missionary in Papua New Guinea for 3 years. His experience in overseas missions and business has been vital to the functioning of HelpMercy International. His wife, Margaret Williams, MBA, has served in a consulting role with the board on financial and tax-related issues. |

Dr. David Paul
Dr. Paul has been a clinical faculty member of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine since 1990. He is an alumni of Ohio Wesleyan University and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He also completed a residency in the Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston City Hospital. He has an abiding interest in improving the lives of patients overseas and at home in Boston and is a member of Operation Smile, Health Teams International, and Cape Cares. In addition to Macha, he has recently been working extensively in Haiti with the Crudem Foundation from 2000-2004 and in Nicaragua with Tufts University in 2006. |
